CA Lobby Day to Feature Training, Lobby Teams and Meetings with Legislators and Staff

ACSOL will conduct Lobby Day on March 25 in Sacramento.  The day will begin at 9 a.m. with a training session at the Hyatt Hotel, 1209 L Street, in the Golden State meeting room on the second floor of the hotel.  Lunch will be provided and most meetings with legislators and staff will begin at 1 p.m. and end at 4 p.m.

Each participant will be assigned to a team led by an ACSOL board member or another person who has past Lobby Day experience.  Folders and point papers will be distributed to participants during the training session.

There is no cost to participate in Lobby Day.

What is the focus of the lobby. Is there a specific talking point or just information output.
